Norfolk Southern Wins Va. Antitrust Suit, CSX’s Appeal Denied.

A Virginia federal court has found all of CSX’s remaining state law claims were barred under the statute of limitations and as a result ended CSX’s bid to immediately appeal earlier dismissals of antitrust claims accusing fellow rail giant Norfolk Southern of jacking up prices to dominate the rail shipping market to the Fourth Circuit.
