Full Pa. Appeals Court Says Uber App Arbitration Terms Unfair.

After a second look at the issue, a Pennsylvania appellate court held on Wednesday that hyperlinked arbitration agreements for ride-hailing services have eroded the constitutional right to trial, finding that the terms and conditions an injured Uber passenger agreed to when signing up for the app did not constitute a valid agreement.
